Before your introductory session, Rachel will arrange a brief phone consultation to understand your health background. This ensures your treatment is tailored to your needs. The in-person session itself runs to the full 60 minutes.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. Rachel understands that things come up, just let her know as early as you can.
